Pervasive:
Set of 7 frames
Installation View, Microscope Gallery
New York, NY
2022
Pervasive is a set of seven frames containing a blend of typed text, video stills, and traditional and alternative process photographs. Paired with the accompanying video essay, The Great Delusion, the frames show content from the video and vice versa. Together, the projects explore photography’s role in objectifying the natural world and the complex, unruly (and often ridiculous!) connections between cultural ideologies and material realities.
