There’s something here about knowing
and unlearning—
the way that attraction connects
a moth to lightning,
or a tumbleweed to Mars.
The legacies of myths, perhaps;
so many lessons held within this land.
There’s something here about what is seen
when we begin asking different questions—
what is found at the edges,
invisible though in plain sight.
There’s something here about perception and accumulation,
about ecological and social tipping points—
when exactly does change occur?
I often wonder—
when does chaos become form?
